West Midlands Fire and Rescue Authority Terms and Conditions for the Provision of an Ad-Hoc Manned Security Cover Service and Mobile Patrol Service at West Midlands Fire and Rescue Authority Headquarters

Tender description

The Authority requires a Contractor to provide security cover at Headquarters for the following: 1. Adhoc cover for in-house staff absence or sickness with a two hour response 365, 24/7 days a year. The number of adhoc cover hours cannot be guaranteed however 840 adhoc hours were requested in 2017, (the contractor may be required to supply a greater or lesser number of hours than are mentioned or zero hours) 2. One permanent 12 hour day shift starting at 06:00hrs to 18:00hrs in line with the team rota (please refer to appendix 1, rota highlighted in blue). 3. Mobile Patrol as and when required. (new requirement, no historic data available). The Headquarters site consists of two buildings located separately on one site (and outbuildings).
