Waterloo Housing Group - Contract for Estate services - Emptying of and maintenance of small-scale sewage treatment plant

Tender description

The Contracting Authority is seeking Service Provider(s) to provide Estates Services on emptying and maintaining small-scale sewage treatment plant at their various schemes located in Lincolnshire. The total property portfolio comprises over 89 schemes. Full details of all schemes that have small-scale sewage treatment plant will be provided in the tender documents. Units and schemes may be added or deleted both prior to tender and during the contract period in accordance with the Group's developments, acquisitions or disposals programme and the outcome of the proposed merger discussions. The provision of an "on-demand" out of hours service 24/7 365 day service is essential. Service Provider(s) must be able to show a commitment to providing effective services that provide value for money. TUPE may apply in respect of contractors currently undertaking the service.
