Trentside Field Operations Building

Tender description

To provide new storage facility for Field Operations plant & equipment, tools and PPE, by providing a new steel framed metal clad storage building on a clear area of the existing Environment Agency Trentside Nottingham site (NG2 5FA). This is a retender for previous project referenced 22709 which was aborted. The project has been scaled back by removing all of the external works such as the car park, surface water drainage, landscaping, fencing & perimeter works. The project still includes the construction of the steel framed storage building and associated ground & foundation works, external cladding & roofing, internal floor finishes, internal mezzanine and internal electrical installation. The Contractor shall manage all stages of the project including the sourcing/procuring of the plant/equipment/materials, all construction works, the submission/inspection/sign-off of the building regulations, and the site management of the overall project.
