Tender description
The Council is seeking providers to undertake the following aspects of data collection and surveying: • Undertake video cycle and pedestrian counts at various locations on the borough’s Greenway network and at ‘cordon’ sites on radial routes in Warrington; and • Install, analyse and collect pneumatic tube Automatic Traffic Counters (ATC’s) at various locations on radial routes in Warrington.
