Tender description

The University intends to extend its current contract with Ivanti Software for provision of the LANDESK IT Service Management Tool. The current agreement is due to expire on 31.7.2019, however the University wishes to extend this until 31.7.2021. A complete ITSM solution including a self-service portal for end users to submit service requests, a back end tool for incident management, problem management and knowledge management. In addition to this, the service offering includes an online catalogue to support fulfilment of service requests, and an online knowledge base which can be tailored to the needs of end users and IT staff, with configurable detail for different audiences.
