Preventative Maintenance of the Security Systems in S.L.R.O.N. (St.Lukes Radiation Oncology Network) To cover all 2 sites: 1.St Lukes Hospital Rathgar, Dublin 6/2.St Lukes Oncology Centre at Beaumont Hospital Preventative Maintenance of Security System including:- • CCTV system (SLH and SLROC BH) • Intruder Alarm (only SLH) Preventative Maintenance • CCTV system – 2 visits per annum • Intruder Alarm – 2 visits per annum 1. St Lukes Hospital Rathgar A. Part 1. Existent system CCTV 99 x Cameras 6 x DVR’s Intruder Alarm 10 x Alarm Panels installed in separate buildings throughout the site. Areas are as follows: Education Lab: HKC panel with voice dialler Trinity Lab: HKC panel with voice dialler Pathology Lab: HKC panel with voice dialler Lodge: HKC panel with voice dialler Cytology: HKC panel with voice dialler B Ward: Aritech panel D Ward: Aritech panel Pharmacy: HKC panel with voice dialler Cytology: HKC panel with voice dialler in the server room Admin server room: HKC panel with voice dialler The Intruder Alarm Systems are comprised of the following controls, communications and detection equipment: Control Equipment Movement detectors Contacts Internal Sounder External Sounder Voice Dialler B. Part.2 New installation of IP CCTV System (8 x Terabyte Storage) incorporating 4mpx & 6mpx (megapixel cameras) To cost of supplying, installing and commissioning HD TVI & IP CCTV System NEW HD45 HYBRID DVR (BY 3) CCTV “Reversal”- The Digital Video Recorders & Network Video Recorders be moved from the Security Hut to the Main Comms Room within the hospital in order to provide a more secure system. A work station using the existing network point and monitor within the Hut to provide the Security officer with a visual overview of the system without compromising the security of the system.
