Single Supplier Framework Agreement for Education Market Analysis

Trinity College Dublin, the University of Dublin plans to establish a single supplier framework to assist with it ongoing requirement for education market analysis services. The University requires an independent, robust and commercially informed service provider to carry out ongoing reports on market size, opportunities and market strategy in relation to various developments. The information garnered from this reports will supplement the business cases and/or internal project prioritisation appraisals. The preferred firm should have a strong commercial focus to support and enhance the various business cases through the approval process and include bench-marking with other Irish, EU and International universities. The various reports should meet the requirements of Trinity College Dublin’s stakeholders, Finance Committee & Board and support negotiations with commercial lenders, EIB, Government & HEA requirements. This reports will be used to inform key stakeholders of the potential benefits of these investments to support the raising of the required capital to enable future developments, to establish business cases that will be used to obtain approval for the investments and to position the project for success with our core stakeholder community. The University will use a current requirement for the Global Law school to establish the single supplier framework based on the most economically advantageous tender response.
