Services to assist in the development of a Cultural Quarter Plan and a Culture & Creativity Strategy for Waterford 2018 – 2022 This RFT comprises two (2) lots: Lot 1: Services to assist in the development of a Culture & Creativity Strategy for Waterford 2018 – 2022 Lot 2: Services to assist in the development of a Cultural Quarter Plan Tenderers may apply for one or both of the lots in this RFT. A separate pricing document must be completed for each Lot Waterford City and County Council reserve the right to award the lots specified in this procurement either singularly or in their entirety to a single tenderer or multiple tenderers based on the award criteria stipulated in the Tender document subject always to the terms and conditions of this Request for Tender (RFT).
