Property Remedial Works in the New Forest

Tender description

We will be awarding a contract for property remedial works in the New Forest. The works involve the removal of personal belongings from the dwelling, that will be pre-boxed and moved to container storage on site and the provision of on-site accommodation for the occupiers ( two bedroom mobile home) that requires connections e.g. Electric, telephone, sewage and water. The project is to replace the current timber floor and underfloor wet heating system with a ground bearing insulated concrete slab with the underfloor heating system reinstated. To achieve this, all ground floor walls, kitchen and bathrooms will need to be removed and subsequently replaced on completion. It is expected the contract will commence June/July to ensure good weather for drying times, and the finished works must be of high quality & in line with the requirements of the New Forest National Park.
