Tender description

Durham County Council (“the Council) is seeking to appoint a single Provider to distribute the Council’s Durham County News (DCN) Magazine (the Magazine) 4 times a year (Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter). The Council may also have a requirement to distribute a Guide to services and an Essential guide to Summer fun (together “the Publications”), both guides are currently subject to Council review, however, the Guide to services would be required to be distributed in the New Year and the Council’s essential guide to Summer fun distributed in July.
