Distribution of publication for the provision of door to door distribution of Council's newspapers and magazine service for seven Councils as follows: 1. London Borough of Hackney; 2. London Borough of Waltham Forest; 3. London Borough of Enfield; 4. London Borough of Tower Hamlet; 5. London Borough of Redbridge; 6. London Borough of Haringey; 7. The Royal Borough of Greenwich. A 4 year framework agreement for the provision of distribution and publication for London Borough of Hackney and participating Councils (London Borough of Enfield, London Borough of Tower Hamlet, London Borough of Redbridge, London Borough of Waltham Forest, The Royal Borough of Greenwich and London Borough of Haringey). Distribution of publication — for delivery of addressed mail items either borough wide or to a minimum of 1 in 4 household in their respective borough. A distribution service with efficient logistic distribution with defined capacity to accommodate other Councils. Innovation in tracking technology.
