Tender description

The University of Derby (“the University”) invites tenders from suitably experienced suppliers to provide educational, corporate and high profile printing services so that we can renew our existing Framework Agreement for this scope. The estimated value of work to be called-off under the duration of the framework is up to a maximum 1 000 000 GBP (excluding VAT). No value of work is guaranteed to any of the suppliers appointed to the Framework. We will appoint between 3 and 5 suppliers per Lot (across 3 Lots) on our Print Services Framework dependant on skills, expertise, experience, and technical efficiency. Our preferred option is to have suppliers on the Framework that are able to operate as a “one stop shop” for all of our needs. The Framework will be in place for 3 years with the option of extending by 1 additional year (subject to performance). General offset litho print work. Digital printing considered on shorter runs. Type of printing method and equipment should be highlighted within Tender Response. Large run offset / publications. Large format printing.
