The Authority seeks a Contractor to provide a comprehensive Car Parking System and Infringement Management Solution. The Trust is therefore, considering cost benefits of an ANPR system to include civil enforcement, and permit management. To work in collaboration with the trust alongside a parking permit scheme therefore may be seeking to appoint one suitably experience and capable company.
