Paddington Village Plot 10 - Hotel Operator

Liverpool City Council are undertaking a bespoke process with negotiation to procure a Hotel Operator. The Council are leading on major mixed-use development called Paddington Village in the heart of the City's Knowledge Quarter. The Council are looking to fund and develop a high quality hotel and are seeking to procure a Hotel Operator. A procurement process is underway for a hotel brand. It is envisaged this process will be finalised following the appointment of the Hotel Operator. ACC Liverpool, a bespoke Liverpool City owned management team, operate and manage the Arena and Convention Centre Liverpool a world-class leisure and convention complex. Within this structure, 'ACC Hotels' successfully runs the Pullman Hotel under a Franchise with a management agreement with a Hotel Operating Company. There is an option that the hotel at PV could be added to this group of assets under a further subsidiary of ACC Liverpool with the management and marketing of the hotel falling within the existing operational and commercial arrangements.
