ONS Desktop Tenders - AWARD

Tender description

Dear Suppliers, ONS require quotes for 750 desktops which can be found in the attached spreadsheet. We do not require keyboards or mice and hence have been removed from the specification spreadsheet. Please ensure a manufacturers number and an estimated delivery time are included in your response. We require delivery by the end of March with items delivered 50/50 to ONS Newport and ONS Titchfield (this is to be finalised) Please ensure the expected start and end date of the support/maintenance agreement is included on your response. We would like the pricing to be split, such that 3 years warranty/support and 'keep disk' options to be priced separately. Please include the project reference number in your response. This exercise is being conducted under the Standard Terms and Conditions of CCS Framework - Technology Products 2 - RM3733 If you have any clarification questions regarding this requirement, please issue these using the correspondence function through the In-Tend portal.
