Why the Work is Being Done Training to help organisation to use O365 more effectively. Problem to Be Solved O365 is being rolled out into the organisations. Users not fully trained in using O365 suite. Who Are the Users As a trainer, I want to be able to be skilled in using O365, so I can train and support end users. As a new office 365 end user, I want to receive appropriate training, so that I can use it to perform my duties. Early Market Engagement Work Already Done Existing Team Team of up to 10 trainers and an end user base of 1000. Current Phase Not applicable Work Location On site training for trainers in London and online training for end users Working Arrangments Onsite training for all O365 components on site for trainers. Online training for all O365 for up to 1000 end users.
