Tender description

This is a Market Testing Exercise. NHS Calderdale, Greater Huddersfield and North Kirklees Clinical Commissioning Groups are looking to appoint an NHS Accredited Payroll Provider to provide an efficient, high quality payroll service for approximately 350 staff, including (but not limited to): • Electronic Payroll service • Electronic expenses and claims service • Maintenance of payroll data on ESR including: o New starters, post details and cost centres o Leavers o Sickness absence data o Pensions o Changes to national and local terms and conditions o Administration of security/ESR access o To be the main point of contact for HMRC Queries o Standard reports as agreed, plus ad hoc reports as required o Other duties required for the maintenance of an up to date payroll system
