Market research and public opinion polling services. Main site or location of works, place of delivery or of performance: City Campus, Clifton Campus and Brackenhurst. Nottingham Trent University has a business requirement for Market research services, to be provided by the supplier(s) on an ad-hoc basis. One of the main objectives of this tender exercise is to obtain services to enhance those provided by the in-house team, for example, suppliers with specialist resources/techniques and staff with specialist skills. The University seeks the following market research Quantitative and qualitative services accordingly: Quantitative services: — Telephone surveys; — Online surveys. Qualitative services: — Focus group / workshops (face to face); — Online focus groups / Online communities; — Depth interviews (face to face and tele-depths); — Website usability research; — Mystery shopping.
