L18046-T-TG A Call off contract for Building Control Services

Tender description

LLA is currently seeking a consultant contractor to provide Building Control services for the design & build of a number of construction projects as part of a call off agreement. Part A o Project Curium, including o Lot 2a: Terminal expansion works o Lot 2b: baggage hall redevelopment works o Lot 2c: works to Central Search Area o Lot 2d: external works to Goods In Waste Away area o These services are to be required to run from mid-May 2018 through to the end of November 2018. (note there is a possibility these works could complete end October 2018) Part B o In addition, LLA's intention is to maintain a call off contract for the provision of Building Control services, for a period of 1 year with an option for a 1-year extension, requests for which will be issued on a call-off basis as and when required.
