Tender description

This requirement is for a framework agreement for electrical maintenance works and small projects on the London Luton Airport (LLA) site for a period of three (3) years with an option to extend the contract for a further period of two (2) years taken up by single one (1) year extensions (3+1+1). Two contractors will be appointed on this framework and must be able to attend site within two hours of call out. The requirement is split into 9 different works packages detailed as follows- Work Package 1- Schedule of Rates Work Package 2- HV Cables & SAP Work Package 3- Generator Hire Work Package 4- Metering Work Package 5- LED Lighting Work Package 6- High Mast Lighting Work Package 7- Specialist Services Work Package 8- Infrared on Switch Boards Work Package 9- Manufacture & deliver switch
