Tender description
Herefordshire Council is currently reviewing the provision of its Schools Management Information System (MIS) and have engaged Hoople Ltd, a company owned and influenced by Herefordshire Council, to support this activity. Hoople Ltd is issuing this Request for Information for the purpose of establishing whether there are any established organisations that are interested in providing a schools management information system based on the requirements set out in the attachment. Information provided will assist the council in finalising the requirements of the solution and approach to the market. You are invited to submit a response to this RFI.
