Tender description
Derbyshire Adult Care are inviting tenders from organisations experienced in the provision of dementia services. The dementia support service will support people living with dementia and their carers to access appropriate and timely information and advice. The service will also maintain and develop a range of peer support groups for people with dementia and their carers across all areas of Derbyshire. The contract is for a fixed term period of 2 (two) yrs with the option to extend for 3 periods of 12 months. The expected annual spend by the council is 422 000 GBP per annum and 2 110 000 GBP over the maximum life of the contract, including extensions.
