Tender description

This contract is for the provision of care and support in supported living services, including domiciliary care to individuals with eligible needs. The Council currently provides direct care and support to a number of separate supported living properties through its in-house provider, County Durham Care and Support (CDCS) and a small number of external Providers. The Council has decided that this care and support service will be transferred to alternative provider(s) through a competitive tender process. Due to the number of properties in scope and their geographic spread across the County, the Council intends to let this contract in 4 separate lots, based on designated geographic Demand Zones. Please refer to Tender documentation for full details of the Lots / Geographic demand zones..
