Framework Agreement for the Provision of Short Break Services for Children and Young People with Disabilities in the London Borough of Redbridge

Tender description

The Council of the London Borough of Redbridge (“the Authority”) invites Tenders for each of the following Lots forming the Framework Agreement for the Provision of Short Break Services for Children and Young People with Disabilities in the London Borough of Redbridge (“the Framework”): • LOT 1 – School Holiday Activity, After School Provision and Weekend Provision for Children and Young People Aged 5 to 19 • LOT 2 – Services for Young People Aged 12 to 25 to Cover the following: Befriending and Enabling Young People to Access Individual Based Leisure Activities; Transition Support / Independence Skills for Young People; • LOT 3 - Counselling and Emotional Support for Parents / Carers with Children and Young People with Disabilities Aged 11 to 24 and their Siblings. The Framework will commence on 1st September 2018 and shall continue up to and including 31st August 2021 (the “Framework Period”). At the sole discretion of the Authority the Framework Period may be extended in such period or periods as the Authority deems appropriate up to a maximum of one (1) year, providing a possible total Framework Period to midnight on 31st August 2022. Organisations shall be aware that any Call-Off Contract awarded prior to the expiration or early termination of the Framework may continue beyond the expiration or early termination of the Framework until such time as the Call-Off Contract has expired or itself has been terminated in accordance with its terms.
