Trivallis Ltd are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor to undertake the construction/ renewal of the Flat roof covering will be required to all 270 units as listed in Annex 1 - Property Address List V1 18042018 The requirement for this package of work consists of the renewal of the Flat roof covering to include making good to disturbed surfaces and structures together with all associated work across 270 properties in Fernhill, Mountain Ash. This tender exercise is intended to assist Trivallis in selecting a suitable partner to deliver the required works. It is the intention of Trivallis to appoint a single supplier to deliver these works.
