Evaluation Consultant - Belsay Awakes

Tender description

English Heritage wishes to appoint an individual or company to develop an Evaluation Plan and conduct formative and summative evaluation as part of an HLF-funded project at Belsay Hall, Castle and Gardens in Northumberland. It is essential that the Evaluation Plan developed is holistic (measuring the success of all outcomes), engages key stakeholders and target audiences in the process, and has a good fit with English Heritage's strategic pillars of Inspiration, Conservation and Involvement. The Evaluation Plan must be written in line with HLF's "Evaluation Good-practice guidance" document and must support the delivery of a final Evaluation report in line with HLF requirements.
