Electrical Materials Supply Contract

Tender description

Shoreline Housing Partnership is seeking an Electrical Materials Supplier to supply our Electricians who are part of the in-house repairs service. This will cover locations in Grimsby and Boston, although with staggered start dates in July 2018 and April 2019. The full timetable and conditions for participation are including in the Invitation to Tender documentation. The contract term is 3 years with extension options for a further 2 years, resulting in a maximum contract term of 5 years. Please note that Shoreline Housing Partnership and fellow housing provider Boston Mayflower are merging by acquisition on 3 April 2018, creating a larger social housing provider in Lincolnshire. The new company is named Lincolnshire Housing Partnership, with the contract to be executed in the name of Lincolnshire Housing Partnership once the tender is awarded.
