Tender description
The Connect Westminster Project team are seeking an evaluator for the Connect Westminster Voucher scheme. The evaluator will assess the economic impact of the scheme. The successful bidder will develop a survey for voucher recipients to complete following the installation of their new connection along with an economic impact assessment.
