Provision of Catering Services at Priory View You are invited to tender to provide catering facilities to provide services at Prior View, Church Street, Dunstable, Bedfordshire, LU5 4FG. We are seeking a professional and experienced provider of catering facilities who can display a high level of customer care for our residents, commercial leaseholders, visitors and members of the public while providing a quality service. There will be a requirement for a catering service seven days each week, 365 days each year. As a minimum, the restaurant/café/bar will be open from 08:30 - 17:30 every day with lunch available, especially Sunday lunch. A restaurant/licensed bar/coffee shop area together with a well-appointed kitchen will be provided by the Council. The contract is August 2018 - July 2020 with the option of an extension up to 1 year. Help and Support - The Council will provide as much support and information as it can to help guide you though the Tender process. Questions asked, together with the response, will be made available to all firms quoting, to ensure a fair and consistent approach to all. Completed tenders and attachments should be submitted electronically, by the due date via out 'In-Tend' electronic tendering system. Tenders must be uploaded via the 'My Return' section of the system. Tenders submitted through the correspondence facility will not be considered. Your tender must be submitted via the 'In-Tend' system no later than 12 noon on Friday 11th May 2018
