Summary of the work Replacing a number of different systems. Analysing existing processes and data sets. Eliciting and documenting the new processes and data requirements to procure and implement the right new solution. Specialist role Business analyst Expected Contract Length 6 months Latest start date Monday 14 May 2018 Maximum Day Rate maximum day rate £400 Who Speclialist Work With Project Manager and project team members, particularly members of IT, Procurement and 3 full time business resources What Specialists Work On - Planning the redesign of project processes - Assisting Core Business project Team Members with workshops, discussions and process re-design - Planning the analysis of existing data and revised data sets - Assisting Core Business project Team Members with workshops, discussions and documentation of new data set requirements - Leading on the identification and definition of requirements for the operational risk data - Leading on production of the technical specification and solution design, compiling the ITT for procurement of a product Skills & Experience • Extensive experience of redesigning processes across multiple departments (15 points) • Extensive experience of data analysis and documenting data requirements (15 points) • Excellent interpersonal skills with experience of facilitating workshops (15 points) • Have previous experience of working in the Public Sector (20 points) • Experience of producing a product specification and documentation as part of the procurement process (20 Points) • ISEB Diploma in Business Analysis (10 Points) Nice to Haves • Blue Light employment history (5 points) • Experience working with prevention and protection in a fire service (5 points) Work Location Folkestone Fire Station - Park Farm Road, Kent CT19 5LT.
