Doncaster Borough Council has a requirement to identify and appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to supply electoral materials as detailed within the specification. The total estimated contract value excluding VAT over the duration of the contract is 400 000 GBP which is - 100 000 GBP per year. However, this does not carry any guarantee of turnover and any estimated volumes of business are indicative and may vary upwards or downwards depending on actual future needs. The contract will take effect on the commencement date and unless it is otherwise terminated in accordance with its terms or it is otherwise lawfully terminated shall expire at the end of the period as set out in the award letter. The contract is expected to commence on 18.6.2018 and will be for a period of 12 months with a view to extend on year by year basis over a period of 3 further years until 17.6.2022 The contract relates to the printing and fulfillment of election materials.
