Tender description

KCC require a provider to work in partnership with the Head of HR Delivery and Head of HR Advisory to develop a reward strategy which rewards and retains the best performers and aligns to the business strategy. The reward strategy needs to be cost neutral, aligned to the business strategy and helps salaries stretch further whilst ensuring the company is regarded as an employer of choice.’ The groups of staff to target are: • Senior Management Team (Senior Management Team) and Extended Leadership Team (ELT) circa 20 staff • Wider staff groups across IT, HR Finance and Commercial functions circa 455 staff Keywords: Staff Reward , HR, Reward Strategy
