Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council, acting on behalf of the Governors and Headteacher of Glyncoed Primary School, Ebbw Vale, invites tender responses from organisations with relevant experience and ability to demonstrate sufficient capacity for providing an effective and efficient School Meals Catering Service (the ‘Service’). Offers have been invited by Public Advertisement in correspondence with the Public Contract Regulations 2015 under the Open Procedure, together with the following: 1 - Instructions to Tenderers 2 - Invitation to Tender 3 - Contract Terms and Conditions 4 - TUPE Confidentiality Undertakings 5 - Tender Return Forms Bidders are invited to access the Council’s E-tendering portal at https://etenderwales.bravosolution.co.uk, to register their interest against the procurement and gain direct access to the published tender documentation. Having had the opportunity to review the project particulars, I would be grateful if you could confirm your organisation's tendering intentions (i.e. confirm intention to submit a bona fide tender or decline) at your earliest convenience.
