TDC PT Construction of Sheltered Housing Scheme - The Court, Warlingham

Tandridge District Council is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced contractor for the construction of a 19 Unit flatted sheltered housing scheme for older people with communal facilities; including demolition of an existing accommodation block and construction of car parking, paving, drainage, incoming services and works to existing estate roads, parking and landscaping at The Court, Warlingham, Surrey CR6 9BT. This PQQ is being issued as the first stage of a two-stage restricted process with a value below the OJEU threshold for works, but above the OJEU threshold for services. A pre-selection stage is therefore permitted. The questionnaire is aligned to PAS 91(2013) as defined by the Public Contract Regulations 2015 and detailed in Procurement Policy Note 8/16 dated 9th September 2016.
