**Please note: This is not a call for competition** TRGL seeks input from the market as to what might be the most potentially attractive way of packaging and scoping a future procurement opportunity. This exercise will also provide an opportunity for TRG to obtain insight into how potential providers might approach the delivery of the service in question. It also gives useful early insight into the likely level of interest in a proposed project from that market. Under Riverside's Corporate Plan objective of ‘Neighbourhoods Matter’, Riverside is committed to working with communities, local authorities and other partners to devise comprehensive ten year plans for two neighbourhoods which have already been identified in Phase 1 of this project. These will be backed with significant multi-million pound investment and aligned with our new homes programme. Riverside will in the near future be seeking to procure services for the development of detailed 10 year ‘Area Renewal Plans’ for the selected areas in 2018/19, addressing the following: • Establishing a baseline for each area - area profiling. • Community and Stakeholder Consultation (Structured approach to be sustained throughout planning process). • Identifying early confidence building measures • Developing physical regeneration options - Masterplanning. • Developing costed, social and economic regeneration options • Financial and social impact modelling • Options Appraisal • Establishment of business plans, delivery plans and ‘closing the gap’ targets Further details can be found in the attached documentation. The purpose of this Soft Market Test is to establish the market conditions and options available. Riverside are keen to explore all opportunities and potential solutions and are approaching the wider market to establish these prior to any formal tendering opportunity.
