Bradford intends to commission an innovative programme to support children and young people in the district who are at risk of exploitation through CSE, criminal exploitation and gangs. This programme will focus on providing one to one support out of usual office hours between 3pm and 10pm on weekdays and on Saturdays. Bradford Council is bidding to the Home Office Trusted Relationships Fund. We wish to identify delivery partners that would be named in the final application, to be submitted on the 1.6.2018. The award of contracts will be dependent on the outcome of the bid to the Home office. Bidders should note that the Contract relates to services that fall under the “light touch” regime of Regulations 74 to 77 of the 2015 Regulations. This Procurement Exercise will therefore be run in accordance with the 2015 Regulations as they apply to “light touch” services. Whilst the Council is following a process similar to an open procedure under the 2015 Regulations, neither that fact nor any other statements, acts or omissions of the Council in connection with this Procurement exercise should be taken as indicating that the Council intends to be bound by the provisions of the 2015 Regulations or the general principles of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to any greater extent than applies by law.
