Repair and maintenance services of motor vehicles and associated equipment

Tender description

Telford and Wrekin Council is seeking to potentially enter into a procurement for vehicle servicing, maintenance and MOTs for the Council's Fleet commencing 1.4.2019. The scope will likely consist of Servicing, maintenance and repairs (including tail lift inspections), MOTs, breakdown recovery, accident repair, vehicle glass supply and fitting, vehicle tyre supply and fitting, and compliancy checks as part of the Taxi licencing service. The Council therefore respectfully requests interested organisations to complete a market testing questionnaire which will assist the Council in shaping the structure of the future contract that is mutually beneficial to both the supplier and council. Organisations are requested to complete and submit a questionnaire by 12:00 GMT, 9.5.2018, available at www.delta-esourcing.com Telford and Wrekin's fleet consists of 78 vehicles, a mix of 15/16 seater buses, and vans/cars. Further information on the makeup of the fleet is within the Questionnaire document.
