This call off comprises of 4 supported living properties: Aldershot, Chineham, Newman Bassett and New Milton. This accommodation is allocated to persons up to the age of 65 with a range of disabilities, behavioural management issues to allow for independent living via an established nominations process. Providers are able to bid for one or more properties. The opportunity is for the provision of a landlord function to the tenants nominated by the Authority. The landlord function will include a full repair and insuring lease and the expectation of a SLA with the care provider. The care provision will be procured separately. This procurement opportunity was available to all providers that were successful in joining the Landlord Partnership Agreement Dynamic Purchasing System which opened in November 2017. This call off comprised of 4 properties across the county totalling 56 lets for those with varying mental and physical support needs. Care provision for these properties was procured separately and this call off was for the landlord based element under a full repair and insuring lease for the long term maintenance of buildings and management of tenancies within these properties, ensuring working in partnership with the authority and the care provider to encourage a seamless approach to supported independent living.
