Tender description

Public Health are commissioning a new 0-19 service which: • Is based on the needs of our children, young people and families • Is outcome and inequalities focused and ambitious for our babies, children, young people, families and communities; • Is innovative and forward thinking in approach and responds to needs flexibly and positively. • Is fully committed and able to work as part of an integrated system, specifically the proposed Prevention and Early Help model for the district. • Provides a Healthy Child Programme from the antenatal period, 0-19 years for children, young people and families, with transitional support to children and young people with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND) up to 25 years. Market engagement events have been held February, March and July 2018. It is anticipated that the tender for this procurement will be published around mid August 2018.
