Provision of Pathology Laboratory Services to DMRC Stanford Hall Estate

Tender description

The Authority has a requirement for the provision of Pathology Laboratory Services for DMRC Stanford Hall Estate. The proposed Contract shall be for a period of 3 years commencing 1 Sep 18 and ending 31 Aug 21. The successful Service Provider shall provide a clinical pathology service to analyse and report on patient samples for a wide range of analytes, substances and micro-organisms. The Service Provider shall provide a 24hr service to test and report on routine and urgent pathology samples to enable patient care including a sample collection service from DMRC SHE. Within a 12 month period it is estimated that a total of 9692 tests will be required (Microbiology 1206 p/a; Blood sciences 7786 p/a; Immunology 700 p/a) shall be required, although these figures may fluctuate in accordance with demand.
