Tender description

Hampshire County Council invites applications from suitably experienced organisations who wish to be considered for selection to tender for the supply of Light and Commercial Catering Equipment and Associated Services. The Framework will commence on 1.7.2018 and will be for a period of 4 years. Interested parties should register their interest in the project via the In-Tend website https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hampshire and complete and submit the tender return document together with any supporting information requested by 14:00 on 22.5.2018. To supply light catering equipment to local authority distribution store, with centralised billing. To supply light catering equipment in smaller quantities, delivered directly to the end user establishments, with varied billing. To supply prime cooking equipment directly to end user establishments, with varied billing. To supply commercial refrigerators and freezers to end user establishments, with varied billing. To supply commercial dishwashing equipment to end user establishments, with varied billing. To supply general kitchen fabrication, e.g. stainless steel tabling, cupboards, shelving, to end user establishments, with varied billing. To supply smaller commercial catering appliances, e.g. mixers, blenders, microwave ovens etc. to end user establishments, with varied billing. To supply general purpose trolleys and service trolleys to end user establishments, with varied billing. To provide installation services for commercial catering equipment and fabrication, at end user sites, with varied billing.
