Tender description

Rugby Borough Council (RBC), is inviting tenders for the supply of a comprehensive Housing Management solution, and requires the Tenderer to recommend, provide and implement software to meet the council’s objectives. The tendered solution must encompass all the necessary software and services to replace the existing 'in scope' requirements. These include but are not limited to: Housing Options, Allocations, Tenancy, Leasehold and Service Charges, Housing Benefit/UC, Voids Management and Customer Self-Service. The Housing Management Solution shall be required to interface with the Council’s existing relevant software solutions as detailed in the Tender Documents. The requirement has been divided into two Lots (of which only one shall be awarded): Lot 1: Software Hosted by Solution Provider or Lot 2: Software Hosted by RBC. Please note that there is no guarantee that this Lot shall be awarded. Selection of Lots to be awarded is at the full discretion of the Council.
