Why the Work is Being Done Ards and North Down Borough Council seek to appoint an experienced partner to implement a CMS platform, and two initial websites to cover: technical project management; user research; creating and interface design; content management implementation; functional testing; deployment; managed hosting. The timeframe for delivery of both sites is 31 August 2018. Problem to Be Solved The current ANDBC Business Support website, www.signalni.com, was developed almost ten years ago and the Council want to improve their online offering to the business community. The Leisure service currently have pages within the Council’s corporate website www.ardsandnorthdown.gov.uk, however, in preparation for the opening of the new centre Council wish to create a new web presence for Leisure that will enable Leisure to easily communicate and engage with its existing and prospective customers using digital channels. Who Are the Users As a Leisure user I need to be able to view timetables, book and pay for activities and access information from the Leisure site such as the services it provides and details about how and who to contact. As an ED users I need to access information, conduct diagnostic assessments,have a secure login to access a Business Directory, book and pay for masterclasses, find out how I access the services provided, where they are located and who and how I contact them and carry out online transactions.
