Tender description

The Chronic Pain Service will cover all types of MSK pain with a duration greater than 3 months in the adult population. The service will work over 3 tiers: Tier 1: assessment and management of mild impact of long term pain and/or long term flare ups; Tier 2: moderate impact; and Tier 3: severe impact (i.e. complex needs). It will support patients to maintain independence through a self-management model of care, thereby reducing reliance on medical services and interventions.
