Tender description

Liverpool City Council, Knowsley MBC and Sefton MBC (known here on in as the Tripartite) are seeking to collaboratively establish a flexible purchasing system (FPS) to procure future Care and Support services within existing and future Extra Care Housing schemes (including possible ‘outreach’ services in the geographical vicinity of the scheme location). Knowsley, Liverpool and Sefton Councils wish to establish a Flexible Purchasing System (FPS) for the provision of Extra Care Services in accordance with light touch regime Public Contract Regulations 2015. The service provision relates to extracare services for adults, across Knowsley, Liverpool and Sefton (The Tripartite) and also scope for the Aughtority's in the Liverpool City Region to join at the discretion of the Tripartite, including Halton MBC, St Helens MBC and Wirral MBC. Further information regarding the FPS and “call off” arrangements for all 3 Councils are stated in the tender documentation.
