Grounds Maintenance at Waste Sites

Tender description

Bradford Council requires a Contractor for grounds maintenance work across a number of Waste Management Sites. The contract will be for an initial period of 12 months with 3 possible extensions each of 12 months. The Council have 9 Waste sites across the district. The sites require various groundworks throughout the period 1st April to 30th October including grass cutting and strimming within the site and around the site perimeters, weed killing around the hard standing areas such as pathways and stoned or concrete areas, pruning of small bushes, trees and shrubbery areas, treatment of Japanese knotweed where required.
