Greater Manchester (Working Well) Early Help Programme

Tender description

The Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) is seeking tenders for the delivery of an early intervention service to support people in Greater Manchester who are at risk of falling out of the labour market, or who are newly unemployed with a health condition or disability. This will be a three year contract commencing in March 2019 and will aim to support around 14,000 people over the duration of the contract. GMCA is taking a ‘test and learn’ approach to the design and delivery of this service and so is looking for providers who will be adaptive and collaborate with us to support our approach to learning and development within this field. The Procurement relates to health, social and related services which are listed in Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 as a social service. This Procurement is Conducted under the Light Touch Regime, therefore subject to Limited regulation and will be conducted in accordance within regulations 75 to 76. The maximum value of this contract is £6.5 million for the duration of the contract. We estimate this to cover in the region of 14,000 programme participants over the duration of the contract.
