Tender description

The programme will enable governments, civil society and investors to revolutionise their use of extractives datafrom transparency initiatives for accountability and improved policy-making (USEDATA). The programme service provider will: (i) drive innovation to turn the increased volume of complex data flowingfrom extractives transparency initiatives and other information sources into more user-friendly formats that canbe successfully piloted in 5 countries and possibly taken to scale; (ii) work in partnership with other practitioners, DFID country offices, citizens including marginalised groups, women and girls, investors and governments toidentify the needs of data users and;(iii) build capacity of users to interpret data and use it for policy design,advocacy and reform.
