FBC are seeking advice that encompasses the following output: • An evidence based analysis and understanding of the future performance of Portchester as a retail and leisure destination; • An evidence based analysis and understanding of existing and future local market conditions and the likelihood of viable commercial investment taking place in Portchester centre, its likely form and nature of use; • An evidence based analysis and understanding of the benefits of environmental improvements to the performance, prosperity and investment attractiveness of comparable centres to Portchester.
