Tender description
Leicester City Council Housing Department invites tenders for the provision of building energy management systems maintenance. Leicester City Council wishes to appoint one supplier to provide: maintaining an existing Building Energy Management System (BEMS) for the existing infrastructure that consists of satellite plant substations across our local heat networks as well as independent sheltered housing schemes, hostels, offices, training centres and public communal facilities across Leicester City Council’s jurisdiction.
